Dim Sum is an assortment of scrumptious bite-sized portions of steamed, baked and fried dumplings made from a variety of specially spiced seafood, pork, vegetables, beef and chicken ingredients. Using a skillful process, each piece is prepared by hand daily in East Ocean’s kitchen. On weekends and holidays, trays and carts containing a different assortment of delicious Dim Sum dishes circulate though out East Ocean’s dining areas. On the weekdays, to guarantee freshness, Dim Sum dishes are ordered on a sheet listing over 40 dim sum items. Once customers place their order, it is promptly processed by a waitperson, and then is submitted to the kitchen staff, which is prepared on site. After preparation, dishes are delivered from the kitchen by Dim Sum servers to the diner’s table for enjoyment.
Dim Sum is served daily from 10am to 2:30pm.
In addition to Dim Sum, weekday lunch specials are available from 11 am-2:30 pm.
Various dishes include Won Ton Noodle Soup, Rice Plates, Chow Mein Noodles, Chow Fun Rice Noodles and Fried Rice dishes (Vegetarian dishes available)
